BIAC - Promoting International Dispute Resolution in Boston

Welcome to the website for the Boston International Arbitration Council (“BIAC”).  Formed in 2018, BIAC serves to promote Boston as a leading center for international arbitration.  Long seen as “the Hub,” Boston is a commercial and intellectual center that has inspired generations of global innovators.  As Boston continues to grow as a hub for international business – attracting both the best and brightest minds as well as many of the foremost multinational corporations – the need for international dispute resolution in Boston becomes ever more important. 

At BIAC, we work alongside Boston’s business, academic, legal, and political communities to ensure that the city is well-equipped and well-versed in tackling the most challenging international legal disputes.  We also serve as a conduit with the global international arbitration community, serving both to bring the world to Boston and Boston to the world.
